What's included in each plan's seat count?
Starter includes 10 seats, Growth includes 30, Business includes 75. A "seat" is one GitHub user whose PRs Grassion monitors. Add extra seats at the plan's per-seat rate — no plan change needed.
Do you charge per repo or per developer?
Per developer (seat). Repos are unlimited across all plans.
Which payment methods are supported?
Credit/debit cards (domestic and international), UPI, and netbanking via Razorpay. Annual invoicing available on Business and Enterprise plans.
What happens after the free trial?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan and add a payment method. No charge is made until you confirm. If you don't subscribe, your data is retained for 30 days.
Do you offer refunds?
Pro-rated refunds for annual plans. Monthly plans are evaluated case-by-case; write to info@grassion.com.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Upgrades can be applied immediately on request.
Can I add seats mid-cycle?
Yes — just update your seat count in the dashboard. Extra seats above your plan's included amount are billed at the plan's per-seat rate, pro-rated to the billing cycle.
